Testing of MAP and RAPP Under the Uniform Guidance

FAS letter RE: MAP and RAPP may be treated as a single audit cluster under 2 CFR 200, since RAPP now operates under the former ATP regulations. They can be tested together, but each program’s specific requirements must still be reviewed separately.
