Autumn & Eve Butter Washed Cocktail

Autumn & Eve Butter-Washed Cocktail is a rich, fall-inspired drink built on bourbon that’s fat-washed with brown butter for a nutty, caramel depth. The cocktail mixes the brown butter bourbon with lemon juice, fig purée, maple simple syrup, and walnut liqueur, then is served over a large ice cube and topped with a splash of IPA for a lightly bitter, effervescent finish.
