Green Energy Overnight Oats
Green Energy Overnight Oats are a make-ahead, plant-based breakfast made by blending rolled oats with protein-rich plant milk, a date, and cinnamon, then folding in shredded zucchini, green apple, and crunchy pistachios. The mixture is layered in a jar with kiwi slices, topped with more pistachios, and chilled overnight for a creamy, nutrient-dense, high-fiber morning meal.

Lentil Pistachio Burger
Lentil Pistachio Burgers are hearty vegetarian patties made from pureed brown lentils, sautéed onions, garlic, and shiitake mushrooms mixed with healthy chopped pistachios and zesty lemon. The mixture is shaped into patties, pan-fried until crisp on the outside, and served on buns with lettuce, tomato, and sauce for a nutty, protein-rich burger.

Mimosa Float
A bubbly brunch treat that combines crisp champagne and bright orange juice with scoops of Real California vanilla ice cream for a creamy, indulgent twist on the classic mimosa. The rich ice cream adds smooth texture and sweet vanilla flavor, creating a festive float that’s both refreshing and decadent.

Orange Dreamsicle
Meet your new favorite refreshing mocktail: the Orange Dreamsicle. 🍊✨ We’ve taken the nostalgic flavors of your favorite childhood ice cream bar and given them a sophisticated, dairy-free upgrade. Rich, velvety almond milk pairs beautifully with bright citrus and a botanical hint of Earl Grey tea for a perfectly balanced sip that’s sweet, tart, and completely refreshing.

Parmesan and Parsley Roasted Almonds
Parmesan and Parsley Roasted Almonds are a simple, savory snack made by tossing fiber-packed almonds with Parmesan, garlic, and parsley, then roasting until fragrant. After baking, they’re finished with extra Parmesan for a crisp, cheesy, herb-infused bite that’s ideal for appetizers or snacking.

Pear Spice Latte
A cozy, fruit-forward twist on a classic coffeehouse drink, blending smooth espresso with steamed milk and a sweet pear purée infused with warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. The pear adds gentle, natural sweetness and a subtle floral note that pairs beautifully with the richness of the coffee. Topped with whipped cream or frothed milk and a sprinkle of spice, it’s a comforting, aromatic latte that feels special enough for entertaining yet simple enough for an everyday fall or winter treat.

Pistachio Pesto Farmer’s Market Flatbread is a quick grilled flatbread topped with a fresh basil–pistachio pesto, grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and melty mozzarella (plant-based or dairy). The flatbread is brushed with olive oil, lightly crisped on the grill, then loaded with pesto and toppings and grilled again until the cheese melts, creating a bright, herby, veggie-packed meal in under 30 minutes.

Prune + Brie Crostini
This Prune + Brie Crostini Recipe has the perfect balance of flavors and textures. Sweet meets savory, creamy meets chewy, and elegance meets simplicity in this stunning appetizer. With only a few high-quality ingredients—Real California Brie, California Prunes, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze—this crostini recipe is an effortless way to elevate any gathering or makes for a perfect quiet evening snack.

Prune + Olive Relish
This prune olive relish is a fantastic and flavorful addition to a cheese board, but it is equally delicious when served with roasted pork or chicken. Because it keeps well in the refrigerator, it makes an excellent condiment to make ahead and always have on hand during the holidays. We were inspired to give this combination a try because we love this Fig + Olive Relish from our friends at California Wines so much. We’re happy to report that our version is at least as delicious (if not more – but let’s just keep that between us, shall we?)

Prune-Ale Cocktail/Mocktail
A light, refreshing highball that marries fruity prune-infused gin - or prune syrup for a non-alcoholic version - with the gentle spice of ginger ale. Served long over ice and finished with a twist of lemon, this easy-sipping cocktail balances natural dried-fruit richness with bright fizz—perfect as an effortlessly elegant aperitif or laid-back evening drink.

Red, White & Blue Cheese Board
A festive and shareable cheese board featuring an assortment of Real California cheeses, artfully arranged with seasonal accompaniments for a patriotic red, white, and blue presentation. From creamy and tangy to rich and savory, the California cheeses are the star of the board, delivering exceptional flavor.

Ricotta Toast with Wine-roasted California Grapes
Creamy ricotta meets sweet‑savory, wine‑roasted California grapes in this elegant twist on classic toast. Finished with lemon zest and fresh herbs, this easy appetizer delivers bold flavor with minimal effort—perfect for entertaining or elevating a simple snack.

Roasted Crimson Pear & Smoked Bacon Risotto
This risotto is a creamy, savory-sweet dish that pairs caramelized roasted pears with smoky, crisp bacon in a rich Parmesan-studded Arborio rice base. The rice is slowly cooked with broth until velvety and tender, then folded with roasted pear for a gentle sweetness and a hint of fruitiness and crisp bacon and parmesan to infuse the dish with deep, savory flavor. Finished with fresh herbs, it’s an elegant, comforting main course that balances smoky, salty, and subtly sweet notes in each bite.

Savory Strawberry & Goat Cheese Pizza
One bite of this sweet and savory strawberry goat cheese pizza and you will never forget it. There’s something extra special about adding strawberries in dishes and recipes that are mostly savory. Strawberries, because of their sweet and slightly tart flavor (and beautiful red color) are ideal for pizza – especially when combined with a salty goat or feta cheese. One of the best parts of this pizza is the balsamic drizzle. All these flavors dance around like a party in your mouth!

Smoky Eggplant Baba Ganoush with Almond Dukkah and EVOO
This baba ganoush is a Middle Eastern–inspired dip that layers deep, fire-roasted eggplant flavor with creamy tahini, lemon, and garlic, finished with a crunchy, aromatic almond dukkah. The eggplant is charred until tender and smoky, while the dukkah—made from toasted almonds, seeds, and warm spices—adds texture and nutty complexity on top. Served with warm flatbread, pita chips, or fresh vegetables, it’s an elegant yet simple appetizer that combines creaminess, smokiness, and satisfying crunch in every bite.

Spiced Almond Butter–Carrot Soup
This creamy, warmly spiced soup is made by simmering warm aromatics with carrots and red lentils until tender. The mixture is blended with almond butter for richness and topped with a toasted almond–parsley crumble for texture, creating a hearty, aromatic soup that serves a crowd.
